The Nostava Reviver is designed for 35mm slides and film negatives. Simply place your film into the appropriate holder, slide it through the Reviver and the photograph appears on the built-in screen.
No. The Reviver works as a standalone scanner. The built-in screen lets you see each photograph before you decide whether to save it, so there’s no need to connect a computer while you work through your collection.
Their scans are saved digitally to an SD memory card. From there, they can move the photographs to a computer, organise them into folders, make another backup or share copies with family and friends.
Every kit includes the Nostava Reviver. The Essential Kit includes 2 professional restorations. The Family Kit adds a 32GB memory card and includes 5 restorations, while the Legacy Kit includes a 64GB memory card, 10 restorations and priority support.
Once they find a photograph that deserves a little extra care, they can send the digital scan to our restoration team. Their included restorations can be used to improve things such as colour, clarity and visible age-related damage. Their original slide or negative stays safely with them at home.
Absolutely. That’s one of the main advantages of having the Reviver at home. There’s no need to tackle hundreds of slides in one sitting. They can do a handful when they have time, come back to the box another day, and gradually work through the collection at their own pace.
